Documentation · Luxury Spa Elements v3.0

Start with the outcome, not the settings screen.

Use a guided learning path when you are new, or search the focused knowledge base when you already know what you need. The goal is to get from question to action without wandering through plugin menus.

Choose a learning path

Four common journeys. One clean starting point.

These routes group the documentation around real jobs instead of asking you to learn the product menu by menu.

Getting StartedInstall Luxury Spa Elements

Upload the SiteWorks ZIP in Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, activate it, then open Luxury Spa → Getting Started. The universal paid build begins in Lite mode until a valid paid entitlement is connected.

Licensing & UpdatesUse My SiteWorks

My SiteWorks is the customer account area for downloads, license keys, activation usage, active domains, renewals and billing history. Customers can also release an old site activation without administrator intervention.

Luxury Spa Elements · v3.0
Licensing & UpdatesInstall private updates

Licensed sites receive protected update metadata through the normal WordPress update system. Stable or beta channel selection is available from License & Updates, and package downloads are authorized per licensed installation.

TroubleshootingA widget looks different on mobile

Check tablet and mobile controls first, then clear WordPress, LiteSpeed or CDN caches. If the issue remains, test with reduced third-party CSS/minification and confirm the page is not inheriting a theme width or overflow rule.

TroubleshootingLicense or update connection fails

Confirm the license is active in My SiteWorks, the site URL matches the intended activation, outbound HTTPS requests are allowed, and no security plugin is blocking the SiteWorks licensing endpoint. The client keeps a short network grace window for temporary outages.
